The SARS-CoV-2 S antibody test is a single-use rapid immunochromatographic test for qualitative and semi-quantitative detection in human serum, heparin plasma, EDTA plasma, citrate plasma and whole blood. The SARS-CoV-2 S antibody test is intended to be used as an aid in identifying individuals with an adaptive immune response to SARS-CoV-2, indicating recent or previous infection. The intensity of the fluorescent signal can be detected and analyzed using the BOH-180 Fluorescent Immunoassay. The analyzer converts the fluorescent signals to the corresponding concentrations.
